Bodrum

Bodrum Bodrum occupies a special place in many people's hearts. A popular home and resort for Turkish artists and intellectuals, Bodrum's first remembered literary character was known as the "Halicarnassus Fisherman". After the formation of the Turkish Republic in 1923 Cevat Sakir Kabaagacli was exiled to Bodrum due to his unpopular political expressions. His subsequent books and stories about life in Bodrum attracted like minded romantics to the town and were largely responsible for creating the Bohemian atmosphere Bodrum enjoys today. In fact although mostly unknown outside Turkey, Cevat Sakir Kabaagacli ranks with King Mausolus as one of Bodrum's most famous residents.

Ephesus (Ancient Greek Ἔφεσος; Turkish Efes) was an ancient Greek city on the west coast of Anatolia, in the region known as Ionia during the period known as Classical Greece. It was one of the twelve cities of the Ionian League.
Söke

SÖKE The Aegean region hi mt name is rich in history and natural beauty and Söke is a large town right in the centre of it, the market town at the heart of a wealthy agricultural district, with a dramatic backdrop of mountains. Furthermore, although eclipsed by the nearby centres of tourism on the coast, Kuşadası, Didim and Bodrum, Söke does catch passing trade from the many visitors to the area, including visitors to the nearby historical site of Priene. There are a number of amenities on the highway for tourists passing through from Izmir airport to the coast, these include restaurants, service stations, and outlet stores selling cut-price clothing. The local cuisine includes "çöp şiş" (a shish kebab of small pieces of lamb) and pide (a flat bread pizza).
Kusadasi

Kusadasi, one of Turkey's principle holiday resorts, offers an excellent environment for an unforgettable holiday. Situated on the west coast of Turkey- 90km south of Izmir, Kusadasi, is reputed for one of the most attractive city of the Aegean, as it is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus, Didyma, Priene, Miletos-the principals of ancient times, and ideal for sightseers. ( Kusadasi has a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters, providing a long tourism season.The city is bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year.

House of Virgin Mary The House of the Virgin Mary (Turkish: Meryemana or Meryem Ana Evi, "Mother Mary's House") is a Christian and Muslim shrine located on Mt. Koressos (Turkish: Bülbüldağı, "Mount Nightingale") in the vicinity of Ephesus, in modern-day Turkey (7 km from Selçuk).
Bodrum

Bodrum - Das St. Tropez der Türkei Die Stadt mit ca. 35.000 Einwohnern befindet sich im Südwesten der Türkei in der Provinz Mugla. Die griechische Insel Kos liegt per Schiff nur eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Geografisch betrachtet ist die Küstenlandschaft Bodrum geprägt durch Insel, Halbinsel, Buchten und Kaps. Die Natur hat aus den letzten Ausläufern des Taurusgebirges ein natürliches Südtheater gebildet in dem Bodrum liegt.
Milas

Milas, once the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Caria, is a pleasant Aegean town which boasts a miniature replica of the grand, original Mausoleum, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Didim

As a logical continuation, after Priene and Miletos, one goes to Didyma, a famous temple for its oracles. This temple dedicated to Apollo was the richest and biggest of the Ionian temples on Anatolian soil. It was to cover such a vast area, that its construction lasted more than 150-200 years and yet it was planned to be without ceiling. Again after the "Ionian Rebellion", it was to Alexander the Great to order its restoration. On the ruins of the VIth century BC temple, a church was built during the Byzantine period. Though the ruins one can see today, are of pre-Christian age.
Cappadocia

Cappadocia which is unique in the world and is a miraculous nature wonder is the common name of the field covered by the provinces of Aksaray, Nevsehir, Nigde, Kayseri and Kirsehir in the Central Anatolian region.
PHOKAIA

oça is a district, as well as the center town of that district, in Turkey's İzmir Province. The town of Foça is situated at about 69 km (43 mi) north by northwest of İzmir city center. The district also has a township with own municipality named Yenifoça (literally "the new Foça"), also along the shore and at a distance of 20 km (12 mi) from Foça proper. For this reason, Foça itself is locally often called as Eskifoça ("the old Foça") in daily parlance. The ancient city of Phocaea (Greek: Φώκαια) is located between the two modern Foças.
